NURSING
Our nurses help make the transition home easier by working closely with patients, physicians and family members. Nurses also develop individual care plans to treat acute or chronic health problems. Our services include medical assessment, monitoring, wound care, pain management, patient education, medication management, IV therapy, palliative care and cardiac care.
